We prioritize accessibility for all Ontario residents. You can access our services with or without a doctor's referral.

Virtual appointments: needs a physician referral. Please ask your doctor to fax a referral form to (905) 681-7751. Once we receive it, we will contact you to arrange a virtual or in-person visit.

In-person appointments: Can be seen without a referral. If you are 25 years or older, you may self-refer. Please email us at staff@sclinic.ca. We will review the request and make an appointment if appropriate.
