Sethi Cannabis Clinic offers in-person or video appointments for first visits. Follow-up appointments are by telephone with Dr. Sethi. The service area is in Ontario, Canada. OHIP covers visits with Dr. Sethi. Patients pay the licensed producer for the medical cannabis prescribed.​

Patients are seen with a referral from the doctor for medical cannabis treatment. Your doctor can use their own referral form or download the referral form below. Please ask your doctor to fax the referral form to 905-681-7751. After we receive the referral, if eligible for medical cannabis, a video(Zoom) or in-person appointment will be booked with Dr. Sethi.
